Self Catering Cottage in Keswick

Derwent Cottage is a self catering property in Keswick - very well maintained, equipped and presented to the highest standards. The cottage is centrally heated throughout, and very comfortably sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single).

The spacious lounge/dining room is very comfortable to relax in. It has a living flame gas fire, and also a wide screen TV, video, DVD player and stereo CD/Cassette/radio. There is a good selection of books including walking books and some games.

The kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. A tumble drier can be found in the rear lobby area. The downstairs shower room has shower, basin & WC.

On the first floor the main spacious family bathroom is located, with bath, separate large shower, twin basins and WC. The large twin bedroom is also located on this floor. On the top floor a double and single bedroom are located, both having good views of the surrounding fells.

Outside the rear of the property is a yard with seating for alfresco dining, a shed to store bicycles and private off-street parking for one car (there is also on street parking outside of the property). The cottage is very well maintained by the owners. All fuel and bed linen is included. A cot and high chair are available. Wireless broadband connection available. Sorry no pets. Non-smokers please.
