Derwent Cottage is a delightful 3 bedroomed mid-terraced self catering cottage, conveniently situated in a quiet residential area only five minutes walk to the centre of Keswick and handy for all of the amenities of this popular Lake District town. The cottage is a 10-minute walk from the theatre and lake, and close to the park and leisure pool. There are many walking opportunities from your door – you need never use your car!

The cottage is arranged on three floors and is furnished and decorated to a high standard providing spacious accommodation, which also benefits from a rear yard with a neat sitting out area with garden table and chairs for alfresco eating. There is parking for one car within the enclosed rear gates, and on-street parking is also available. A lockable shed can be used for bike storage.

Our self catering property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and you will find all the amenities to make your stay both convenient and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, the lounge has a gas fire, the bathroom has both a separate bath and shower and the property has central heating installed.
